Publisher Information
We receive many inqueries from news outlets and publishers looking to ensure that their content is indexed in our service. If you are a content producer and want to ensure your material is indexed by the Carbon Capture Report, we'd love to include it! We have a tremendously diverse audience, ranging from major corporations to small companies, governments to NGOs, and we try to maintain a wide focus in our coverage.Publisher Guidelines
For inclusion in the Carbon Capture Report, please ensure your content meets the following criteria:
- Free Public Access. Content indexed in the Daily Reports must permit free public access. If your service requires a subscription, you might choose to create a feed for the Carbon Capture Report that includes a small sample of free articles for each day. Alternatively, configure your site so that the lead paragraph or abstract of each page is available free, with a link for subscribers to read the rest. This allows us to index a meaningful abstract of your content and ensure our readers are aware of it, while still ensuring that only subscribers can access your full content.
- HTML Text Only. At this time, the Carbon Capture Report only indexes HTML pages. PDF documents cannot be indexed, and only videos from YouTube are monitored. If your content consists primarily of PDF documents, please create an "abstract" HTML page for each that contains a brief abstract of the document, with a link to the full PDF.
- English Language. At this time we are focusing on English-language content. If your content is available in multiple languages, create a feed that contains only the English-language content.
- RSS Feed Access. The easiest way for us to index your site's content is for you to create an RSS feed that includes all related content from your site and send us its URL. We support RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, and Atom formats.
